Have you ever had something in your hands that was SO wonderful, but you NEVER knew it?

Last night I made Gyro's from the Macbeth cookbook. I made the SWEET GARLIC SAUCE to go with and WOW! It is upstairs in my fridge still calling me and I don't even know what to do with it besides get a straw!

What other recipes from the family cookbook am I missing out on? What is your FAVORITE?
