Early Monday morning Linda & I left for an ultra-remote Uinta campout which rapidly became an adventure. It started raining/hailing after lunch and continued into the wee hours of Tuesday morning. Significant milestone was lighting a "one-match" fire in the rain using wet firewood, then cooking Mariner Dogs (from Seattle) in the rain (appropriate). The rain dripping from the trees onto our tent all night sounded like someone popping bubble-wrap. We had a wonderful time together. Next time we won't order rain.
