What a great Thanksgiving! With family members ranging in age from 90 years (Bob's mom) to 3 months (our great granddaughter Kamie) there was plenty of conversation, activity, and food to keep everyone happy. And at last report no one managed to catch viral pink eye from Savannah!
(She had been diagnosed just the night before; we didn't think it was critical enough to banish Rhonda and Bryce from joining us for the holiday.) I think the only thing that would have made the day any better would have been to have all of you here with us.
Please encourage your family members to use this Blog. It's such an easy way to help everyone feel like they are "in the loop." Our connection with family is so important as we meet life's challenges; let's keep it strong. Even if you don't have anything happening that you think is exciting [this post, for example], I think we'd all appreciate hearing from you and knowing that you're still alive. Five minutes at least once a month is all it would take -- and everyone has that much time. So let's do it!
Love to you all!
