Okay here is the shorten version of what is new.... We met with Neurosurgeons in Bend on Monday, we went over Porter's Ct scan with them and they pointed out the problems. There is suppose to be a seperation that runs down the center of your head towards your nose, at about the hair line there should be a soft spot about the size of a quater or larger. There is absolutely no seperation and no soft spot on his head. Hs particular condition is called, Sagittal Craniosynostosis if you want to google it. The neurosurgeons said that we must operate and do so sooner rather than later. His brain is not able to grow wider it is being forced towards the front and back of his head thus creating a long head and larger forhead and cone head in back. The neurosurgeon was very nice and has refered us to a pedatric neurosurgeon in Portland so we will be heading that way soon for the operation.
