So our summer adventures consisted of camping - sorry no pictures of that this time - and then we drove to California to see Yosemite National Park. We missed church there because of the traffic, the famous Yosemite Falls was totally dry, but the sequoias and the big rocks were all there. Then we went over to San Fran and rode cable cars, visited the Pez museum and the Jelly Belly factory. We wandered around in Chinatown and had a little beach time and ate ice cream at Ghiradelli Square (the shoes are when the girls were licking their cones). We even saw the bridge! Then we went to the Avenue of the Giants (Redwoods, that is) and stopped at the tree gas station - since we have already been to the teapot gas station, it seemed appropriate!
Now we are back to the school routine and back to all three children at home and attending school and enjoying our busy lives!
