I am helping Shelene at the moment and we are in a time crunch,
so hopefully you will enjoy the pictures it's taken me an hour to get to load.

This week has been really interesting, the past two weeks were going great and we had a lot instore for this past week, but i guess the lord had something else in store for us. these types of weeks really make you think of the effort that you put out and if it is the hardest you have or just some. i have had many of those weeks on my mission and they are not that much fun to go through but when you look back you realize how hard you actually worked. many times have i felt that i could have worked harder and been more effective as i worked but i have realized that the Lord love every effort that we put forth but there is so much more to be done that it cant all be acomplished by one person. that has helped me realize that my efforts are just a small thing in the perspective of Gods big plan for the people that we serve amongst. i have realized as well that a mission is worth what you make of it and how well you apply the things taught in preach my gospel. recently we have been inviting our members to go through preach my gospel as a family and figure how they can apply it into there own missionary work and then to tell us of their experiences. we had one cool experience with a less active member in the ward. we went by to go and talk with the parents cause one of their kids was not baptized and when we first started talking with them they said that there son was not to much into church (he is 10) and that they dont talk to him about it to much. i was wondering what to say to that but then my companion at the time was Elder Connors (we were on exchanges) adn he made the comment of; that it is not that he is just baptized but that he will have the gift of the holy ghost, cause now days the world is getting crazier and crazier and the holy ghost will help guide him the right way. i thought to myself, that was the perfect comment, cause then they said that they never thought of it that way and were going to try and talk to him more about getting baptized and get him to go to church. the parents are not active cause they live with the wifes parents and they are not big fans of the church and stops them from going on sunday but the grandma is active in the other ward and could take the kids to church. i never thought of teaching about baptism from the perspective of people needing the gift of the holy ghost to help them in life, i usually taught how they need baptism and didnt tie in the holy ghost until i completely covered baptism. so i have changed my tactics a little. life is going well and thanks for all the supprot and prayers they help out a lot. i love you all and it is nice to hear from you.
