Erin and I went to
Spanish Fork today to the
Festival of Color at the Krishna Temple. You get these bags of scented and colored
chalk (it is ground corn dust, according to the package), and you
wander around and throw it on each other! Then every hour or so,
the crowd gathers and there is a countdown, and everyone flings their dust into the air to form a huge cloud of colored dust! It was kinda a hoot! Welcome Spring - India style!!!

Looks awesome! I'd love to go to something like that. Great picture of all the flying chalk dust!

I think this is done at every Krishna temple every spring--you could Google it for your area!
