I was just making Batter Rolls from page 27 of the new cookbook--Kani and Arunth are coming to dinner to meet Linda and Bob--anyway, the recipe says to add the rest of the flour, but it doesn't say how much. It should say 1 1/4 cups for the balance of the flour. You maight want to make a note of it in your books!

Oops, sorry, that one got past my editors... ;) Candace, is there some way we can add a place on the blog for cookbook corrections? I've been keeping track of them, but they don't do any good just sitting on my computer.
Could we post it as "Recipe Corrections" and let it live in the archives? If you found anything else, it could be added as comment under that post. Then everybody would know where the corrections are on a permanent basis. Karen
