This week I was blessed to experience Mysterious Virus #44348, which was a combination of nauseous and just overall insane tiredness. Which of course when combined with a missionary and a small ward equals lots of home remedies and tender loving care. And thankfully even in this small town of New Boston there are doctors and one of them just so happens to be the Stake President. So to preface this email, I have been well taken care of.
So to begin! While we were weekly planning for this week, I just started bawling and Sister Conder was like "haha very funny Sister White!" then "Oh shoot you are actually crying!". GUYS IT IS SEPTEMBER!!!! I AM ALMOST DONE WITH MY MISSION! WHERE. HAS. THE. TIME. GONE. WHERE? It hit me for the first time this week that I don't have a year left anymore. I have three months left! WHAT THE HECK!
So yeah this week I have been sick and trunky. I don't know why but this week I have just wanted to be home. I know I am a little disappointing! But I just wanted to cuddle with my mom and whine to her about how icky I felt. I wanted to curl up on the couch and watch stargate with my dad! NOW! I can tell you that only happened because we were not working, I had been instructed to take it easy by the doctors. SO! May this be a lesson to all future and current missionaries! It is only when you start thinking about yourself that you start to feel homesick!
We have still seen miracles despite my incapacitated self, an investigator that just dropped off the face of the planet CAME TO CHURCH!! We walked up to the door to the chapel and Sister Conder and I both stopped and silently did a freak out/silent screaming at each other because we thought we were never gonna see this lady again! It was her first time at church and she stayed the whole three hours!
We rearranged our apartment...yeah nothing interesting happened this week...
LOVE Y'all!
Sister White!
